Practical AI implementation for UK SMEs
Start with repeated work and measurable friction—not with a list of impressive tools.

The useful starting point for AI is repeated work: information that is copied, classified, compared, summarised or moved between systems.
Choose one workflow, record its current time, cost and error rate, then test a controlled improvement. Keep a person responsible for the result and protect confidential information throughout the process.
A successful pilot should leave behind a measurable improvement and a process the team understands—not another disconnected subscription.
