What turns an idea into an operating business?

The difference is not more inspiration. It is a sequence of decisions, owners, systems and evidence.

An idea becomes a business when it can repeatedly create value for a defined customer and the people responsible for delivery know what must happen next.

Start by defining the customer, the problem and the exchange of value. Then assign ownership, identify the minimum systems needed to deliver and choose evidence that will show whether the model works.

A polished identity can help people trust the proposition, but it cannot replace the commercial model or the operating process behind it.
